Since this was the first time we had used this type of enrollment (by laptop computers and not a paper enrollment) the transition went very smoothly. This was largely due to your efforts to have all the information regarding each type of benefit offered to our employees, carefully loaded into your laptop computers before the enrollment began. The staff that processed the enrollments was very professional and did a great job explaining the benefits to our employees. We had virtually no complaints about this type of enrollment, and in fact, our employees enjoyed having someone on a one-to-one basis explain all of their benefits.

We also had a 94% completion through your company, whereas in other years, the rate of returning the paper forms was lower.

We really look forward to continuing this type of enrollment in the future.

Our annual benefit enrollment process in the past accomplished what it needed to accomplish, but in a resource-intensive, time-consuming manner.
